Complimentary linens, and “starter kits” of shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels dish soap, will make it easy for you to settle in and start enjoying your vacation. $500 refundable damage deposit required.
The spacious property can comfortably sleep up to 13 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or large groups of friends. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy retreat after a day of adventure.
The downstairs unit boasts a “mother-in-law” suite. Space comes with a brand new queen size bed and also a queen sofa bed. Kitchenette and full bathroom completes this cool and relaxing space. Just outside the front door is a covered porch overlooking the private backyard. We have an outdoor fan and an outdoor shower to keep you cool. Large propane grill provided and also propane tank. Renters will need to purchase their own propane, which is conveniently located at blue Marlon grocery store down the street.
The upstairs space has been designed to comfortably fit the rest of your group. There is a full size kitchen with all the appliances for cooking and entertaining. Open concept with dining and living room. There are two bedrooms that share a jack and Jill full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a new queen size bed. The second bedroom has two bunkbeds that contain one full and three twin beds.
Each room has their own remote controlled air conditioning, to keep every guest satisfied.
We have a Keurig coffee, pot and fresh brew coffee pot to satisfy every guest
The shaded upstairs balcony provides a nice view of the yard. and relaxation spot.
Step outside to your private backyard, a serene space perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal al fresco. And the best part? You're just a three-minute walk from the beach! Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, take a refreshing swim, or simply enjoy the ocean breeze. CENTRALLY LOCATED And walkers can enjoy going to Blue Marlin grocery store, the boardwalk/fireworks, Gravity park, Ben’s liquor, B&S kites, grapevine Café, Baked Bear & more! There is a convenient outdoor shower just off the garage. Makes it easy to rinse off and keep cool.
The large private driveway can hold 4 to 6 cars. And the laundry room is conveniently located inside the garage with a brand new washer and dryer, a propane grill stored away for your use. We also have beach supplies as well as a couple of beach chairs.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $133.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $133.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
