Fully equipped kitchen upstairs has pots and pans, cutlery, Keurig, coffee maker. Keyless entry makes coming and going to your condo a breeze. There’s also a bedroom and a bathroom I’ll located upstairs. You also have a covered balcony to enjoy the views.
Downstairs, you’ll find another bedroom, another bathroom, and another living area which walks out through sliding glass doors to the yard, which is fenced and private.
There’s a garage for your belongings and ample parking that holds at least two cars.
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and have a deposit hold. Pets are case by case with a nonrefundable pet deposit. Renters are responsible for taking out the trash every Tuesday and Friday.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $133.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $133.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
